В опоре на архивные материалы и документы в статье анализируются факты, связанные с музыкальной культурой Бессарабии 1920 – 1930-х гг. Внимание привлечено к историко-этнографической деятельности Г. Безвиконного, который собрал и сохранил воспоминания многих деятелей отечественной культуры того времени. Крупным планом также показан один из представителей бессарабской интеллигенции межвоенного двадцатилетия – хормейстер, дирижер, педагог, композитор и общественный деятель В. Булычев. Намечены некоторые про-
блемы современного национального музыковедения в области изучения отечественной музыкальной культуры и определены возможные пути их решения.

Pe baza materialelor şi documentelor de arhivă, în articol se analizează unele fapte din cultura muzicală basarabeană ale perioadei interbelice. Se atrage atenţie asupra activităţii istorico-etnografice a lui Gh. Bezviconîi care a cules şi a păstrat amintirile personale ale reprezentanţilor de vază ai culturii autohtone din perioada respectivă. În prim-plan este prezentat şi V. Bulâciov, maestru de cor, dirijor, pedagog, compozitor şi persoană publică din anii 1920 – 1930. Sunt schiţate unele probleme actuale ale muzicologiei contemporane autohtone în domeniul studierii culturii muzicale naţionale şi sunt formulate căile posibile de rezolvare a lor.

On the bases of archival materials and documents the paper analyzes some facts associated with the musical culture of Bassarabia of the 1920s – 1930s. Attention is drawn to the historical and ethnographic activities of G. Bezvikonny, who collected and preserved the memoirs of many representatives of the country’s culture of the time. The author highlights the figure of V. Boulichev – choirmaster, conductor, teacher, composer and public activist. There is an outline of some of the problems of modern national musicology in the field of studying national musical culture and the possible ways of solving them.
