TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS IN DIDACTIC COMMUNICATION

Activitatea didactică include organic comunicarea dintre cadrul didactic şi student/masterand. Eficienţa acestei comunicări depinde, în mare măsură, de corelarea stărilor de spirit ale pedagogului şi discipolului conform sistemului PAC (Părinte, Adult, Copil). Doar adecvarea raportului comunicativ dintre ei conform analizei tranzacţionale permite asigurarea unei instruiri eficiente.

Didactic activity organically includes the communication between the teacher and the student/master course student. The efficiency of this communication, to a great extent, depends on the correlation of the teacher`s and his pupil`s state of mind according to the PAC system (Parent, Adult, Child). Only the adequacy of the communicative relation between them, according to transactional analysis, gives the possibility to ensure efficient teaching.
