THE ART OF WANDERING MUSICIANS (TO THE QUESTION OF THE ORIGIN OF THE PROFESSION OF PIANIST-CONCERTMASTER)

В статье сделана попытка проанализировать искусство странствующих музыкантов – прародителей пианистов-концертмейстеров и артистов камерного ансамбля, обосновать истоки и раскрыть социокультурные предпосылки становления этой профессии. В этом контексте рассмотреть зарождение традиций совместного музицирования, уходящих корнями в древние цивилизации. Подтвердить, что исполнительское искусство периода античности и Средневековья наиболее ярко представлено синкретическим творчеством древних
поэтов, кифародов и певцов, а также странствующих музыкантов, в одном лице объединивших певца, поэта, исполнителя-аккомпаниатора, рассказчика, танцовщика, циркача. Прокомментировать зарождение в их искусстве элементов синкретического вокально-инструментального исполнительства.

În articol se analizează arta muzicienilor ambulanţi – predecesorii pianiştilor-acompaniatori şi ai artiştilor ansamblului de cameră, se demonstrează originea şi se dezvăluie premizele socioculturale de formare a profesiei. În acest context, se examinează originea tradiţiilor de interpretare colectivă a muzicii care îşi are rădăcinile în civilizaţiile antice. Se confirmă că arta interpretativă din perioada antică şi medievală este reprezentată cel mai clar în creaţia sincretică a poeţilor şi cântăreţilor antici, precum şi a muzicienilor ambulanţi, care uneşte la un loc calităţile de cântăreţ, poet, interpret-acompaniator, povestitor, dansator, acrobat. Se comentează naşterea în arta lor a elementelor sincretice de interpretare vocală şi instrumentală.

This paper attempts to analyze the art of wandering musicians – the forefathers of pianists-concertmasters and artists of chamber ensemble, grounds the sources and reveals the socio-cultural pre-conditions of the becoming of this profession. The origin of traditions of joint music making that has roots in ancient civilizations is also considered in this context. It is confirmed that performing art of the period of antiquity and Middle Ages is most brightly presented by the syncretic work of ancient poets, kifarods and singers wandering musicians, that united a singer, poet, performer-accompanist, storyteller, dancer, circus actor in one person. The genesis of the syncretic elements of vocal and instrumental performance in their art is also commented.
