In different periods of historical development of the state, the relationship between culture and the state was different.
The conflict between culture and power can be considered inevitable. Nevertheless this conflict can be useful when it’s properly undestood by both the political and the cultural man. The politicians should believe in the strengh of the ideas, but the cultural men should manifest their doubt in the state. So the social role and the responsabilities of the cultural man and of the politician are different, but of the same importance.
