The article “The essence of culture for young people” emphasizes the problem of socializing the contemporary youth. Much attention is given to the system of norms and values of the young people from the Republic of Moldova. Against the background of social contradictions, the culture of young people is formed from an amalgam of moral and aesphetic problems. There is an analysis of the background of the youth’s subculture: what it is based on and the way it is constituted.
