Instruction and education constitute the basic link in system that determines the stability of society and its level of cultural development.
The authors emphasize the elements that determine the paradigm of education. One can notice the tendency to demonstrate the innovatory character of the paradigm of competence in modern education. It is a matter of installing a new type of standard of education capable to transpose the standard of studies from the language of knowledge into a language of competences.
The competitive attitude, in ita essence, is a social atrategy projected on the educational sphere.
