Lucrarea de faţă propune un studiu comparativ între domeniul designului şi al artelor plastice. Studiul evidenţiază cele mai importante principii de realizare plastică şi semantică utilizate în ambele domenii, urmărind astfel expunerea tangenţelor comune în crearea imaginii. În acest proces se identifi că cea mai responsabilă şi mai importantă problemă abordată în ambele cazuri – formularea estetică. Procesul de studiu identifi că criteriile de bază în realizarea armonioasă a imaginii artistice, ţinând cont de unele legităţi şi normative ale frumosului estetic. Prin filiera valorii estetice problematica de studiu şi realizare practică a designului şi artelor plastice se sincronizează şi se asociază într-un scop comun, concentrat pe crearea armonioasă a imaginii.

This work proposes a comparative study between the field of design and plastic arts. The study highlights the most important principles of plastic and semantic realization used in both fi elds, therefore following the exposure of common tangents in image creation. In this process, the most responsible and important issue addressed in both cases is identifi ed – aesthetic formulation. The basic criteria in the harmonious realization of the artistic image are identified, taking into account some legalities and norms of aesthetic beauty. Thereby, it is found that, through the chain of aesthetic value, the issue of study and practical realization of design and plastic arts, is synchronized and associated in a common goal focused on the benefit of human sensory perception.
