Acest articol relevă constituirea raportului cadru didactic — student, dar şi specificul evoluării acestei relaţii. Autorul urmăreşte în ce mod compedenţele psihopedagogice, psihosociale şi manageriale s-au impus şi s-ar putea consolida în activitatea didactică din învăţământul universitar artictic. Formarea conţinuturilor profesionale este o problemă complexă, multidimensională, implicând variabile care acoperă toate aspectele comportamentului uman, valori, atitudini, convingeri, aptitudini cognitive şi sociale. Eficienţa profesională, deşi valoroasă, în viziunea autorului nu este suficientă pentru munca didactică. Ea implică însuşirea unei temeinice şi competente pregătiri pedagogice.

The present article reveals the formation of the relationship between the teacher and student and the specific features of the evolution of this relation. The author follows the way how the psycho-pedagogical and managerial competences have imposed themselves and they could consolidate in the didactic activity of university artistic education. The formation of professional contents is a complex multilateral problem implying variables that cover all the aspects of human behavior, values, attitudes, beliefs, cognitive and social aptitudes. Professional efficiency, although it is of great value in the author`s opinion, is not sufficient for didactic work. It implies the acquisition of thorough and solid pedagogical training.
