Articolul este dedicat analizei definiţiilor şi abordărilor imaginii artistice în aspect plastic. Sub diferite aspecte tema a fost investigată de mai mulţi autori, teoreticieni şi artişti plastici. Totodată, însă, nu sunt atât de multe investigaţii separate privind imaginea artistică care ar corespunde cerinţelor actuale. Scopul articolului este de a începe o introducere în analiza teoretică şi istoriografică a imaginii artistice în lucrările artiştilor plastici moldoveni în contextul universal.

This article is dedicated to the analysis of the definitions and approaches of fine art image. In different aspects it was investigated by a lot of authors which could be artists and theoreticians. But there are not so mach separate investigations of this theme corresponding to the contemporary demands. The aim of this article was to make a start the introduction in analysis theoretical research of fine art image in works of Moldavian artists in the universal context.
