В центре внимания автора – один из важнейших вокальных приемов – вибрато, широко применяемый как в профессиональной музыке академической традиции, особенно в оперном жанре, так и в различных жанрах поп-музыки, рока или джаза. Автор рассматривает физиологические аспекты данного приема, объясняет специфику звукоизвлечения. Рассматриваются разные способы исполнения приема вибрато: с колебанием звука в восходящем или нисходящем направлении, с колебанием голосовой «маски» или голосовых связок и т. д. Автор предлагает некоторые упражнения, которые могут быть полезны для развития навыков правильного исполнения вибрато. Также демонстрируются различия вибрато в классической музыке, поп-музыке, рок-музыке или джазе. Что касается стилей и жанров эстрадной музыки, здесь использование данного метода проявляется преимущественно в жанре вокальной баллады, придавая исполнению эмоциональную глубину, подчеркивая окраску голоса и облегчая вокальное звукоизвлечение. Таким образом, техника вибрато – важная составляющая арсенала любого современного вокалиста.

În centrul atenţiei autoarei se află unul din cele mai importante procedee vocale şi anume procedeul vibrato, folosit pe larg atât în muzica profesională de tradiţie academică, mai ales în genul de operă, cât şi în diferite genuri ale muzicii pop, rock sau jazz. Autoarea examinează aspectele fiziologice, explică cum se realizează emiterea sunetului în cazul aplicării procedeului dat. Sunt diferenţiate tipuri de realizare a acestui procedeu: cu oscilaţia sunetului în direcţia ascendentă saudescendentă, cu oscilaţia „măştii” vocale sau a coardelor vocale etc. Autoarea propune un şir de exerciţii care pot fi utile pentru dezvoltarea aptitudinilor de aplicare corectă a procedeului vibrato. La fel, sunt demonstrate diferenţele vibrato-ului în muzica clasică şi muzica pop, rock sau jazz. În ceea ce priveşte stilurile şi genurile muzicii pop, folosirea procedeului vibratose atestă preponderent în genul de baladă vocală, adăugând interpretării o profunzime emoţională, subliniind culoarea vocii şi uşurând emisia sunetului vocal. Aşadar, tehnica vibrato este o parte componentă importantă a arsenalului oricărui vocalist contemporan.

In the center of the author’s attention is one of the most important vocal methods – the vibrato widely used both in the professional music of academic tradition, especially in the opera genre, as well as in various genres of pop-music, rock or jazz. The author examines the physiological aspects of the given method, explains how the sound is emitted when vibrato is applied. Types of realization of this procedure are differentiated: with the oscillation of the sound in the ascending or de scending direction, with the oscillation of the vocal „mask” or of the vocal cords, etc. The author proposes some exercises that can be useful for developing the skills of correct vibrato application. Likewise, the differences of vibrato in classical music and pop-music, rock or jazz are demonstrated. As far as the styles and genres of pop music are concerned, the use of the given process is mainly evidenced in the vocal ballad genre, adding an emotional depth to the performance, emphasizing the color of the voice and easing the emission of the vocal sound. So, the vibrato technique is an important component of any contemporary vocalist’s arsenal.
