În articol sunt analizate rezultatele implementării Strategiei de Dezvoltare a Culturii în Republica Moldova în perioada 2014-2020 – „Cultura 2020”, fiind determinate şi provocările de bază ale implementării activităţilor strategice. Pentru a stabili evoluţia vieţii culturale în ţară, este calculat indicele vieţii culturale în perioada 2010-2019 în baza datelor statistice de dezvoltare a infrastructurii, producerii şi consumului cultural. Acţiunile implementate au contribuit la realizarea obiectivelor generale strategice şi au scos în evidenţă noile provocări pentru domeniul culturii în condiţiile de creştere a influenţelor globalizării, dezvoltării tehnologiilor informaţionale şi procesului de asociere a Republicii Moldova la UE.

The article analyzes the results of the implementation of the culture development strategy „Culture 2020” in the Republic of Moldova in the period 2014-2020 and determines the basic challenges in implementing the strategic activities. In order to establish the evolution of cultural life in the country, the index of cultural life in the period 2010-2019 is calculated based on statistical data on the development of cultural infrastructure, production and consumption. The implemented actions did not contribute to the achievement of the general strategic objectives and highlighted the new challenges for the field of culture in the conditions of increasing the infl uences of globalization, development of information technologies and the process of association of the Republic of Moldova with the EU.
