Epoca barocă a reprezentat un moment definitoriu în evoluţia şi dezvoltarea culturii europene, marcând o perioadă de transformări şi inovaţii în toate domeniile artistice. Caracterizat prin expresivitate, dramatism şi opulenţă, barocul a fost profund influenţat de contextul socio-cultural şi ideologic care a modelat gândirea şi societatea secolelor al XVII-lea şi al XVIII-lea. În peisajul cultural al epocii opera a jucat un rol central, ilustrând subtil dialogul dintre gândirea filosofică şi creaţia operistică. Teatrul liric a devenit un mediu relevant pentru reflectarea şi reinterpretarea principiilor ideologice, contribuind la modelarea conştiinţei culturale a vremii. Studiul analizează relaţia dintre ideile filosofice şi creaţia lirică în perioada barocă, investigând modul în care contextul socio-cultural şi ideologia epocii au influenţat arta operistică şi modalităţile de exprimare a ideilor filosofice în această formă artistică.

The Baroque era represented a defining moment in the evolution and development of European culture, marking a period of transformations and innovations in all the artistic domains. Characterized by expressiveness, drama, and opulence, the Baroque was profoundly influenced by the socio-cultural and ideological context that shaped the thought and society of the 17th and 18th centuries. Within the cultural landscape of the period, opera played a central role, subtly illustrating the dialogue between the philosophical thought and opera creation. The Lyric Theater became a relevant medium for reflecting and reinterpreting the ideological principles, contributing to shaping the cultural consciousness of the time. The study analyzes the relationship between the philosophical ideas and the lyrical creation during the Baroque period, investigating the mode in which the social-cultural context and the ideology of the era influenced the opera art and the ways of expressing the philosophical ideas in this artistic form.
