THE EFFICIENCY OF USING INFORMATION AND COMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Acest articol scoate în evidenţă avantajele şi limitele utilizării TIC în educaţie şi prezintă o analiză a eficienţei utilizării TIC în procesul educaţional. Astfel, computerul trebuie să fie folosit pentru a concentra dobândirea de cunoştinţe şi formare de abilităţi care să permită studenţilor să se adapteze la o societate în continuă evoluţie. Actorii procesului de învăţământ trebuie să fie pregătiţi să facă faţă schimbărilor şi inovaţiilor. Complexitatea crescută a elevilor, studenţilor şi mediilor de învăţare de astăzi sugerează necesitatea de a atinge un nou mod de activităţi educaţionale.

The present article brings out the advantages and limits of using information and communication technologies (ICT) in education and gives an efficient analysis of the use of ICT in the educational process. Thus, the computer should be used in order to concentrate the efforts for acquiring knowledge and forming abilities that are necessary for the students to time themselves to a society that is in continuous evolution. The actors of the educational process must be prepared to face the changes and innovations. The present increased complexity of the pupils, students and that of the learning process supposes the necessity of using a new kind of educational activities.
