В статье проводится анализ условий современной образовательной парадигмы вуза, отмечаются сложности в организации и реализации многих задач по усовершенствованию деятельности высшей школы.
Авторы, опираясь на разработанность и практические рекомендации существующие в вузовской теории и практике обучения, раскрывают процесс проведения оценивания студентами деятельности педагога в художественном вузе – Академии музыки, театра и изобразительных искусств (АМТИИ) Республики Молдова.
Основное внимание сосредоточено на формировании активного, творческого взаимодействия студента и преподавателя, а также, выявлению факторов отрицательно влияющих на образовательный процесс в вузе искусств.
Предпринимается попытка выделить те средства и приемы учебного процесса, которые бы способствовали не только его улучшению на базе активного сотрудничества между студентом и преподавателем, но и положительно влияли на создание здорового морально-психологического климата в вузе.

Articolul ce urmează cercetează condițiile paradigmei educaționale contemporane în cadrul instituției de învățământ superior, scoate în evidență dificultățile care pot apărea în organizarea și implementarea multiplelor sarcini, în scopul îmbunătățirii activității instituției.
Bazându-se pe dezvoltarea și recomandările practice care stau la temelia teoriei și practicii în sistemul de predare al instituției de învățământ superior, autorii articolului dezvăluie procesul de evaluare și apreciere de către studenți a activității pedagogului în cadrul unei anumite instituții de artă – Academia de Muzică, Teatru și Arte Plastice (AMTAP) din Republica Moldova.
O atenție primordială se acordă formării interacțiuni creative care trebuie să existe în relația student-profesor, la fel și identificării factorilor care afectează în mod negativ procesul educațional în AMTAP. Autorii încearcă să depisteze mijloacele și metodele care ar putea influența în mod benefic asupra procesului educațional, care ar putea contribui nu numai la îmbunătățirea acestuia în rezultatul interacțiunii active între student și profesor, dar și care ar putea înrâuri pozitiv asupra creării unui climat moral și psihologic sănătos în instituție.

The article analyzes the conditions of the modern educational paradigm of the higher education institution, notes the difficulties in organizing and implementing many tasks for improving the activities of higher education institutions.
The authors, relying on the development and practical recommendations existing in the university theory and practice of teaching, reveal the process of the students` evaluation of the activities of a teacher in an artistic institution – the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts from the Republic of Moldova.
The main attention is focused on the formation of an active, creative interaction between the student and the teacher, as well as the identification of factors negatively affecting the educational process at the institution of arts. An attempt is being made to select those means and methods of the educational process that would contribute not only to its improvement on the basis of active cooperation between the student and the teacher, but would also positively influence the creation of a healthy moral and psychological climate at the education institution.
