Admirator al poeziei trubadurilor, Arcadie Suceveanu (n. 16 noiembrie 1952, Suceveni, reg. Cernăuţi, Ucraina) acordă o atenţie sporită imaginii femeii. Femininul include admiraţie şi frică, dorinţă şi sens. Femeia este diafană în creaţia sa, o frumoasă fără corp în care transpar realităţile imaginaţiei şi ale cotidianului. Eul liric preia ipostaza lui Pygmalion cu câteva deosebiri: nu transformă statuia în femeie, dar o transformă pe Galateea în poezie; iubirea nu perfecţionează, dar constituie jocul acceptării fără transformările din exterior, aceasta are forţă de a oferi esenţă creaţiei în sine. Respectiv, transformările le suportă artistul. În acest articol am valorificat conceptele estetice care, la fel, au tangenţe cu miturile antice.

The feminine includes admiration and fear, desire and meaning. The woman is delicate in his creation, a beauty without body in which the realities of imagination and the everyday are transparent. The lyrical self takes on the role of Pygmalion with a few differences: it does not turn the statue into a woman, but turns Galatea into poetry; love does not perfect, but constitutes the game of acceptance without external transformations, it has the power to give essence to creation itself. Respectively, the transformations are supported by the artist. In this article we have analyzed the aesthetic concepts that also have tangents with ancient myths.
