Publicaţia dată este preconizată pentru studenţii specialităţii artei decorative la disciplina Prelucrarea artistică a metalului şi giuvaiergia. Pentru realizarea unei podoabe este necesar să cunoaştem materialele, instrumentele şi etapele de executare care vor permite confecţionarea pe cale manuală în material a unui model de podoabă cu un design contemporan unic. Conceptul designului de podoabă contemporană constituie fundamentul produsului finit.

The present paper is intended for the students of the Decorative Art speciality, the discipline – Artistic Processing of Metal and Jewelry. In order to make an ornament, it is necessary to know the materials, tools and the execution stages, which will allow you to manually make in material a model of an ornament with a unique contemporary design. The concept of contemporary jewelry design is the foundation to the finished product.
