Ne propunem în acest articol să scoatem în evidență problemele legate de interpretarea creațiilor vocale folclorice în condiții de spectacol public. Necesitatea tratării acestora este determinată de mai mulți factori, dintre care numim: lipsa unor studii care să fundamenteze procesele și transformările ce se produc la preluarea și transpunerea creațiilor vocale tradiționale în interpretare de spectacol public contemporan; politica actuală atât la nivel național, cât și internațional, legată de protejarea și salvgardarea patrimoniului cultural intangibil. Vom încerca să identificăm modalitățile de interpretare a cântecului folcloric în context tradițional și păstrarea acestora în interpretare scenică contemporană.

This article aims at highlighting issues related to performing vocal folk creations in the context of public spectacle. The importance of investigating these issues is determined by several factors, among which: lack of studies that substantiate the processes and transformations that occur when transposing traditional vocal creations into the context of a contemporary public performance; as well as the current both at national and international level policy linked to the protection and safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage. The article will attempt to identify ways of performing folk songs in the traditional context, and will investigate how to preserve these when performing them on the contemporary stage.
