Autorul pune în discuţie problema păstrării şi reamplasării/remontării unei opere de artă monumentală inclusă în lista valorilor de patrimoniu naţional – panoul din mozaic „Arta (Atributele artei)”, realizat de artistul plastic Mihai Burea (1972) pe faţada clădirii fostului Palat de Cultură al Sindicatelor, sectorul Râşcani din Chişinău, demontat în 2018, în urma demolării blocului. Importanţa panoului din mozaic este potenţată de statutul imaginii, ca produs al unei interacţiuni între emiţător şi receptor şi, în acelaşi timp, ca loc de trecere către mentalitatea care a generat-o, ca obiect de reprezentare şi ca obiect-mijloc de transmitere/comunicare a unui mesaj înscris/implicit genului.

The author discusses the issue of preserving and relocating / reassembling a monumental work of art, included in the list of national heritage values – the mosaic panel „Art (Attributes of Art)”, made by the artist Mihai Burea (1972) on the facade of the former Palace of Culture of Trade Unions, Rascani sector in Chisinau, dismantled in 2018, following the demolition of the block. The importance of the mosaic panel is enhanced by the status of the image, as a product of an interaction between the sender and receiver and, at the same time, as a place of transition to the mentality that generated it, as an object of representation and as an object-means of transmission/communication of a written message/implicit to the genre.
